2007 - I am here once
again in BelGarage Sydney Australia courtesy of Brian & Eddie
who have put together an awesome car once again for me to race in.
Last year’s Wakefield Circuit Battle has brought back sweet
memories for me taking 1st place on an unknown circuit
and car.

This
year I would be in the same Mitsubishi Evolution 9 which
belongs to Coog. It was stolen last year immediately after the
race, however it was recovered by the police not too long ago,
and a whole new motor has gone in, with a fully welded-in
rollcage this time. The engine is pushing 500hp and built by
Cosworth engineering. It is the same company that builds
William’s F1 engines. The car is running with an Autronic
ECU, OHLINS shocks, AFP control arms, and lots of other
goodies. |

The
shakedown was supposed to be today at Eastern Creek, however
on the dyno last night, the gearbox buckled. Thus today, just
this morning, a new Ralliart gearbox was shipped over. It is
currently being fitted now by Matt, Kit, Bob and Tony. Raceday
would be on Saturday till Sunday. It is Mitsubishi Evolution
Nationals sponsored by Ralliart, which includes a circuit
race, hillclimb and gymkhana. |

Well,
