Review of the trip! <I hope this is eligable for the online prize!>

The trip started after the Tonnie Wong TT, whereby the generous Tonnie has spent GRA members <me not included unfortunately due to other commitments.> at the Bangsar Seafood Village.

All Gathered up at Michael <bukan tjoomacher>'s 480hpReh Putra

I arrived there at 11.05pm, expecting to be the first but as I reached the Karak Toll, Michael suddenly zoomed pass me and took my place at the toll. As he sped off, he manage to take the attention of my toll collector, further delaying my time.

Arriving at the BP Station, we were met with Admiral in his Satria Gti, complaining about how late we were. On further discussion, he was found to be early by 30 mins because he was wrongly notified the time by a good friend of his. A surprise awaits us as the Putras and the Gtis are parked near the exit of the station. A legend came out of the everyday go-to-the-market Civic and greeted us. Mr. Y.S. Khong came and we were all happy to have such a great person to be with us.

We waited for a further 45 mins for all to arrive with Andy Kow being the latest as he had to travel from a distance. We all started our run towards the genting hilltop immediately after Andy arrived. During the initial stages, only Ian and Tonnie was left behind as the convoy of much powerful cars manage to speed up the Karak Highway at 140kph.

Upon arriving at First World Starbucks, the Putras, EK4 and Tonnie's Kanzer all parked at the lobby. Thanks to Michael for the special privillage. We had our usual coffee at Starbucks with Tonnie and Michael having an intense chat on motorsports, focusing on Drag and Rally with a few manuevers discussed.

Reaching the first police booth, Uncle Khong and Andy Kow has managed to leave the pack behind. Michael, with his 300HP putra was unable to catch-up with Uncle Khong and Andy Kow. All the way up, the roads was busy and our drivers have to take caution against the road traffic. There was no untowards accident besides a Putra stop due to loud noises coming from an unknown car.

Later, some of the went to do maths as they are afraid that all their knowledge was left back at secondary school. I went home before they arrived.

Overall, I am very pleased that everyone was using their right side of the brain more and kept the trip a safe one. Even with 15 cars out from various groups, we manage to get up there in a pretty decent time. -end
