Sepang, 7th September 2008 – Grass Racing Autosports or GRA held their Autocross Championships for the third time around this year. This year’s GRA races are sponsored by Red Line Synthetic Oils, Meguiar’s Detailing Products, Vanli Genuine Parts and Gophers GPS Navigation System. GRA’s initiative set out 1 year ago is paying off with more enthusiasts joining its races every round. GRA moved the race to Sepang International F1 Circuit Car Park. This round with the absence of Ivan Khong with his red Subaru Impreza, Andy Kow in a similar Subaru Impreza set the fastest time of the day and took 1st Overall honours. The race is supported and sanctioned by Motorsports Association of Malaysia.

Shah Alam 8th June – Grass Racing Autosports also known as GRA ran their second round of their autocross championships in Shah Alam. This year’s championship is sponsored by Red Line Synthetic Oils, Meguiar’s Detailing Products, Vanli Genuine Parts and Gophers Personal Navigation System, will be the long staying partners of GRA.  The GRA Autocross races are supported and sanctioned by MAM, the local governing body for motorsports in Malaysia . Ian Khong ambassador to GRA made the course very tricky this time, making it the hardest and most technical course for any autocross ever ran in Malaysia.

The event sanctioned by MAM is run on large car parks laid out with pylons to depict a small race circuit.
